TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Sioux City, Iowa, 51104!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years Med Surg experience required License: State license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Heparin drip experience preferred Epic experience preferred Completed skills checklist within 1 year of submission date One supervisory reference required at the time of submission Taxable address must be outside of 50 miles from the facility Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Travelers will be required to work 1-2 of the following summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. Must have a driver's license and work history/resume included in the profile. All required certifications must be submitted for consideration. References should include one supervisory reference at the time of submission.
