Picture your day starting at our St. Louis hub: you review the route plan, complete a thorough pre-trip inspection, and roll out in the right vehicle for the job—box truck, flatbed, or pickup. You keep freight moving safely and on schedule, then pivot seamlessly to the dock to load or unload using a stand-up reach or counterbalance forklift. At the end of the shift, you wrap with a post-trip inspection, accurate logs, and a quick handoff with the warehouse team to set up tomorrow’s success.

What You’ll Do

• Drive box trucks, flatbeds, and pickups to deliver goods safely and efficiently across assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain safety and DOT compliance.
• Perform DOT and equipment inspections to uphold operational standards.
• Operate stand-up reach or counterbalance forklifts to load and unload freight.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while on the road and at the dock.
• Keep precise delivery, inspection, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on dock stocking and inventory management.

What You’ll Bring

• Valid Class E driver’s license or higher.
• Current DOT Medical Card (preferred).
• Current CDL (preferred).
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and compliance practices.
• Hands-on experience with box and flatbed trucks and other automotive vehicles.
• Proficiency with stand-up reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first approach.
