Aspire Senior Living Moberly is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. Our team of compassionate professionals prioritizes the well-being and dignity of our residents. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an 8-week contract. The Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a chance for full-time employment after the contract period.

Job Summary:

As a Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) with Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies. You will administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

Requirements:

• Active and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri.

• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay rate: LPN $40/hour, RN $45/hour

• 8-week contract duration

• Full-time Day shift with rotating weekends
