This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $95,000 .

Job Details:

• $7,500 sign-on bonus for a limited time!
\n
• $0.64-$0.68 per mile 
\n
• Stop pay: $35 per stop 
\n
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after 2 hours
\n
• Tarping pay: $25 per load
\n
• Spotting pay: $23-$34.50 per hour
\n
• Off account work: $300-$350 per day
\n
• Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour 
\n
• Safety Training: $20 per hour
\n
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
\n
• Holiday pay: $200 per day 
\n
• Weekly home time 
\n
• Onsite management 
\n
• Paid online orientation 
\n
