Key Responsibilities As a vital member of our clinical team, you will keep the practice running smoothly and deliver a 5‑star patient experience by: Creating a comfortable, welcoming, and anxiety‑free experience for patients. Assisting the dentist in all clinical procedures utilizing efficient chairside manner and four‑handed dentistry. Taking high‑quality digital X‑rays, setting up/breaking down clinical rooms, and maintaining strict sterilization standards. Maintaining accurate, compliant patient charts and clinical records. Educating patients with an empathetic, patient‑first approach to help them understand their treatment plans. Participating actively in opening/closing duties and daily huddles as a cohesive team. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on dental assisting experience (Strictly Required). Licensure: Valid Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
