California Personal Service CoordinatorPosition at Clarvida - California Personal Service Coordinator Location: Anaheim, CA Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24-$27About the Role The Personal Service Coordinator (PSC) I/II is responsible for coordinating the needs of clients and families assigned to their caseload. The role ensures individualized care planning, facilitates access to community resources, and monitors the effectiveness of services.
