Sana Benefits is seeking a hard-working Member Advocate (Contractor) to join our remote customer support team. You will guide members through health insurance and employer benefits, onboarding new customers, and resolving issues in their care journey.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with a social work, patient advocacy, or health coaching background, and comfort working in a startup environment. Remote work is supported.
