California Eye Professionals Medical Group seeks a team-oriented, talented, and skilled Optometrist with strong patient rapport and communication skills. As part of our eyecare team, you will work alongside Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and Optical staff to provide our patients with comprehensive personalized eye care. We provide support staff and offer a very competitive compensation package. Responsibilities Diagnose and manage various eye conditions and eye diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye and macular degeneration. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with refractions to assess visual acuity and detect any ocular pathologies. Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care. Requirements Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited optometry program. Valid California State license to practice Optometry. Strong knowledge of ocular pathology and medical eye care. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages including senior patients. Experience with electronic medical records systems for accurate documentation.
