Daytime Culinary Team Member

Role Summary: Culinary team members must deliver a consistent flow of food that is prepared to perfection. Successful candidates must demonstrate a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

General Responsibilities:

Follow strict food safety guidelines; prepare all menu items according to Chick-fil-A's processes
Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of food
Clean equipment and maintain an orderly kitchen; wash dishes & take out trash
Clean & re-stock workstations, scrub & clean floors
Track, document, and rotate inventory
Read KPS system effectively to ensure high order accuracy rate
Follow the instruction of team leaders as they relate to other kitchen responsibilities
