Our products are designed to support wellness, sustainability, and better snacking choices-helping consumers “Snack With Purpose.” Job Summary: The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, staging, loading, and unloading pallets of finished goods within the shipping and warehouse areas. This role plays a critical part in maintaining on-time transfers, supporting outbound shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload trailers, transfers, and outbound shipments according to shipping schedules. Move, stage, and rack pallets in designated systematic locations. Perform daily equipment inspections and always follow safety protocols. Assist in scanning, labeling, and verifying products as needed to maintain system accuracy. Support Shipping Supervisors with dock organization and product flow. Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to supervisors. Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously Ability to bend, twist, and walk throughout the shift Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift 8-10+ hours. Qualifications 1+ year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred. Strong safety awareness and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed. Physical Stamina Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, twist, and walk throughout the shift Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift 8-10+ hours.
