Overview Inspecting diesel engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose and troubleshoot issues accurately. Roles & Responsibilities Must have own tools. Applicant will be tested on entry-level mechanical techniques. Must possess entry-level skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, researching manuals, communicating mechanical information, and repairing/rebuilding: diesel engines, farm equipment, support equipment, air conditioning systems, basic hydraulics, electrical systems. Willingness to progress and develop skills. Physically fit to perform all job aspects and work in various positions. Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Experience Some hands-on mechanic experience preferred. Education Requirements Completed 1050 hours of mechanic coursework at a Community College with certification. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent approved by Okeelanta Management. Capabilities Effective written and verbal communication in English. Ability to follow instructions. Good attendance and communication skills. Safety-conscious mindset. Ability to work well with others. Location South Bay, FL.
