FOH Lead Supervisor

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: Caretta Senior Living Maplewood - 1910 Country Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedule. 6:30 am to 2:00 pm or 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Days may vary, including weekends. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior serving and leadership experience preferred.

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
