Pest Control Technician

Location Zip Code: 98204 | Job Family: Service Professional This is a full‑time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Everett, WA. The position reports to our office in Everett, WA once per week. Compensation: $21.25 – $24.25 per hour, uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses. Responsibilities Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order Keeping accurate records of treatments provided Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws Serving as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs Maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures Advising customers of potential problems Keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in use Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs Work schedule includes every other Saturday Qualifications No experience necessary; training provided A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years) A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires Any required accommodations in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre‑employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employee selection process, please inform your recruiter.
