Consult directly with clients to analyze their unique risks and design comprehensive protection strategies. Mentor junior staff members by sharing technical knowledge and effective sales techniques. Maintain strong relationships with regional underwriters and carrier representatives to ensure competitive pricing. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improve the overall client retention rate. Participate in local community initiatives to represent The Atlantic District and build lasting connections. Requirements Active Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Minimum of five years experience in a client-facing insurance production role. Strong command of agency management software and digital policy systems. Deep understanding of risk management and coverage placement for commercial and personal lines. Excellent local professional network within the Fredericksburg area. Professional certification such as CIC, CISR, or CPCU.
