Outside Sales Representative | T-Mobile Fiber

Sterling Mapleford is expanding our local Albuquerque sales team to support a large amount of newly released T-Mobile Fiber territory.

This is strong new-pass territory —neighborhoods where T-Mobile is actively expanding its true fiber network and where our reps are working fresh opportunities rather than repeatedly recycled leads.

We are looking for motivated, competitive people who want to earn based on performance and work with a local team that already knows how to produce in this market.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work assigned residential neighborhoods in the Albuquerque area, speaking directly with homeowners about T-Mobile's expanding fiber network.

This is a face-to-face outside sales role. You'll be responsible for managing your own territory, speaking with customers, closing sales, and following a proven field process.

You'll have access to:

• Strong new-pass fiber territory
• Protected/assigned areas
• Local leadership and field support
• Hands-on training and shadowing
• A straightforward commission structure
• Opportunity to grow into training or leadership roles

Earnings

This is a commission-only independent contractor position .

Typical earning potential for productive reps is approximately $1,500–$3,500+ per week , with higher earnings possible for top performers.

Your income is tied directly to your production—there is no hourly cap on what you can earn.

Albuquerque + Las Cruces Opportunities

Our primary hiring focus is currently Albuquerque , where we have a strong local team and a large amount of newly released T-Mobile Fiber territory.

Sterling Mapleford operates across multiple markets nationally, our focus in New Mexico is building strong, locally based teams. Reps hired in-state may also have opportunities to work in Las Cruces , giving you flexibility between New Mexico markets as territory and opportunities expand.

Who We're Looking For

Sales experience is helpful, but mentality and consistency matter more.

You should be:

• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Competitive and coachable
• Reliable with your schedule
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Equipped with reliable transportation

Experience in door-to-door, telecom, solar, roofing, pest control, alarms, or other commission-based sales is a plus, but not required.
