Technical Business Systems Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Business Systems Analyst will manage and prioritize the CNS/SecOps backlog within the SAFe Agile framework, converting risks and incidents into actionable work while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure and tooling improvements. Key responsibilities Manage the CNS/SecOps backlog and align work projects with operational and cybersecurity goals Drive initiatives to improve incident response, monitoring, and automation while participating in major incident reviews Coach teams on SAFe Agile principles and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI planning and Sprint reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, security operations, or infrastructure engineering 3+ years of experience in Agile Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or technical operational leadership roles Strong understanding of AWS cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience working with Terraform in enterprise cloud environments
