Plumbing Sales Consultant/Estimator

Happy Home is hiring a Plumbing Sales Consultant/Estimator to grow our residential and light commercial plumbing business. In this role, you’ll visit customer sites, assess plumbing needs, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals. You’ll explain service options, answer questions, and guide customers toward the best solutions while building long-term relationships. Working closely with field technicians, you’ll confirm scopes, ensure jobs are priced correctly, and support smooth project handoffs. The ideal candidate has strong plumbing knowledge, proven sales skills, reliable follow-through, and comfort working primarily in the field.
