Our organization is on the lookout for a Primary Care physician to become part of our innovative and well-established outpatient center dedicated to serving seniors in Tucson, AZ.

• Exclusively outpatient position

• Clinic operates Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts

• Focus on geriatric patients (aged 60 and above)

• Manageable patient panel sizes that foster strong relationships between physicians and patients

• Comprehensive support team that allows physicians to dedicate ample time to each patient

• Utilization of cloud-based EMR and other cutting-edge technologies

• Modern facilities that are newly constructed and situated within the community

• Employed position

• Compensation structure includes a base salary plus bonuses based on quality metrics, rather than RVUs or patient volume

• Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail coverage

• Medical benefits, including retirement options

• Continuing Medical Education (CME) support

• Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Graduates with an M.D. or D.O. degree

• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (mandatory)

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus, but not essential

• Must possess an active, non-probationary medical license in Arizona or be eligible to obtain full licensure from the Arizona Medical Board
