Data Entry Assistant

Position Summary:
Data entry assistants needed for a busy academic office in Athens, OH. Will be performing data entry, scanning, and indexing documents into a database for verification and processing. This is a full-time, temporary position starting mid-September 2026 and going through January 2027, with a possible extension. The schedule will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an hour off for lunch. The pay rate is $14.00/hour. Requirements:
Must have a fast and accurate typing speed. Must be comfortable with computers and have prior data entry experience. Knowledge of Peoplesoft or the OU SIS system would be very helpful but not required. Must be reliable, dependable, and work well as a team member.
