- Serve as a senior technical expert within Vizient's Intelligent Automation function.
- Design, build, optimize, and support enterprise automation solutions primarily using UiPath .
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities where appropriate.
- Partner with the Lead AI Automation Engineer on:
- Solution architecture
- Solution delivery
- Current-state (AS IS) assessments
- Transformation initiatives
- Mentor other engineers through technical coaching and hands-on support.
- Work directly with business and technology stakeholders.
- Deliver solutions focused on:
- Quality
- Reliability
- Scalability
- Business value
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support complex enterprise automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies.
- Build reusable:

- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable, and supportable technical solutions.
- Contribute to:

- Evaluate and implement advanced automation and AI capabilities, including:

- Automation transformation initiatives
- Mentor engineers through:
- Technical coaching

- Relevant degree preferred.
- 8+ years of enterprise automation, software engineering, or platform engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath engineering experience .
- Proven experience building, scaling, and supporting enterprise automation solutions.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with:
- APIs
- Databases
- Cloud services
- Enterprise applications
- AI services
- Experience mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
