Manager in Training

Berry Tractor & Equipment is looking for early career professionals interested in a performance-based path to increased responsibility to join the division of our growing family of construction equipment dealerships. We are seeking a Manager in Training to learn and perform all branch functions with the goal of developing into the obvious choice for a future management position. Duties will be diverse, short term and may involve multiple locations. In general, this position will work in a product support role: parts, service, supply, or rental with special attention to learning and incorporating our corporate culture (mission, values, and objectives) in decisions, communication, and actions. We provide all the hands‑on training you need. Coaching and specialized knowledge in the industry is also provided. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree is required. Emphasis in Business helpful but not necessary. High potential – Superior general intelligence and emotional intelligence coupled with common sense and street smarts. Flexibility – multiple assignments in various positions and stores in an ever‑changing environment and timeline Self‑directed, goal‑oriented and flexible. Enjoy working in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment. Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
