This role is ideal for adaptable, clinically confident RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy caring for diverse patient populations while expanding their expertise across multiple inpatient specialties. Float Pool nurses play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care wherever the need is greatest, working alongside skilled interdisciplinary teams and making an impact across the health system. This is either because there are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities.
