The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership and commercial influence. You'll lead the delivery of complex building services projects, act as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor engineers and play a key role in developing both the team and the business. What You'll Bring Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.Chartered Engineer (or working towards Chartership).Strong consultancy experience delivering electrical building services projects.Excellent client-facing, communication and project management skills.Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects and mentor junior engineers.Experience with BIM/Revit and industry software including AMTECH, DIALux and Relux is advantageous.A proactive, commercially aware approach with a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
