What You'll Do As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression of our hotel. In this on-call role, you'll step in to support the team during peak times, call-outs, or scheduling gaps. Responsibilities include: Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and check-out Managing reservations and room assignments Responding to guest questions and resolving concerns professionally Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area Delivering a positive and welcoming guest experience every time What We're Looking For Strong availability and reliability for on-call shifts is essential Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Willingness to learn- no prior experience required Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment Team player with good communication skills Schedule This position is primarily on-call, meaning shifts will vary based on business needs, call-outs, and coverage gaps.
