Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites* Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries* Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety and operational procedures* Provide professional customer service while representing the company on job sites**What We Are Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles* Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures* Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment* Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset* Reliability, adaptability, and sound judgment in varying work conditions**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer*** $26.93 to $28.93 per hour* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
