We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina.
About the Role:
As a BCBA with Astra ABA , you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive behavioral interventions for our clients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, teachers, and caregivers to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. Your expertise will help our clients achieve their goals, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with ASD and related conditions
Conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for treatment modifications
Provide training and guidance to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavioral interventions and strategies
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless transitions and communication
Monitor client progress, track outcomes, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans

Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting
Strong understanding of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
