What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide compassionate in-home support that enhances the quality of life for our clients. Duties may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Medication reminders
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping and running errands
• Transportation to appointments and community activities
• Engaging clients through conversation, games, reading, music, and other activities
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are:

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Positive, professional, and trustworthy
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and household tasks
• Able to work independently while following a personalized care plan
• Passionate about serving seniors and individuals with disabilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to successfully complete a competency evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred
• Six months or more of caregiving experience preferred
• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, memory care, or healthcare settings is a plus
