Loan Servicing Specialist Lewis James Professional is a woman‑owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist for a consultant opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities Support the reconciliation of cash payments for participation loans. Support post‑close loan servicing activities while maintaining data integrity. Monitor and reconcile daily loan servicing transactions, researching, and resolving discrepancies as needed. Partner with internal business units to support payment processing, quarter‑end activities, and other commercial lending operations. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial loan servicing, loan operations, or participation loan servicing within a financial institution. Experience processing payments and performing reconciliations is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of loan servicing platforms such as ASFVision, Loan IQ, ACBS, or AFS Level III. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations and lending teams. Roles are based in Atlanta, Birmingham, or Charlotte with opportunity to be remote.
