We are seeking a Bartender who embodies professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a refined, member-focused environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, service-driven team.
Position Details

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time | Year Around

Schedule: Flexible year-round shifts based on club requirements, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $16.50+ gratuity
What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional beverage service through professional mixology, product knowledge, and attentive service across club outlets and events.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to member and guest preferences.
• Deliver professional service by anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and creating a welcoming experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards for all bar areas, glassware, and equipment.
• Support inventory management, efficient operations, and collaboration with food and beverage teams to deliver seamless service.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous bartending, beverage service, or hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication skills, beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional member and guest service.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, operate equipment, and maintain professional appearance and effective communication.
• A polished, professional presence and genuine passion for service.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
