CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
Skilled Nursing Facility
Near Sun Lakes, AZ
(Must be in East Valley to be considered)

• Earn $30/hr
• Shift: 6am -6:30 pm Four shifts one week and Three shifts the next. (Mon, Tues, Fri. and Sat.)(Sun, Wed, and Thurs.) 
• Earning overtime hours every other week.
• Licensed as a CNA or LNA in Arizona.
• MUST HAVE YOUR COVID VACCINE or Exemption.
• Additional vaccines required are: Hep B (no declination), MMR, Varicella and Tdap and Flu (can send declination for Flu).
• AHA BLS and Fingerprint Clearance Card
