Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience. Oversee inventory and supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budget guidelines. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
