Consumer Loan Specialist

Elevate Credit Union is looking for a full-time Consumer Loan Specialist to join our Lending team in Brigham.

This position helps members achieve their financial goals by assisting with consumer loans, recommending products and services that may benefit them, and providing exceptional service throughout the lending process.

This is an on-site position based in Brigham and is not remote or hybrid.

What You'll Do

• Assist members with consumer loan applications and financing needs.
• Recommend and explain loan protection products and services that may benefit members.
• Follow up with members throughout the loan process.
• Conduct outbound calls related to referrals, lending campaigns, and member outreach efforts.
• Actively assist with incoming calls, messages, and member requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous lending, banking, financial services, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
• We are willing to train the right person who has strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (We occasionally have 8:00 a.m. meetings on Tuesdays.)
• One-hour lunch
• Rotating Saturdays required (typically 1–2 per month, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
• When you work a Saturday, you'll receive time off during the following week to offset those hours
