Responsible for support and administration of the project life cycle for information technology projects. Act as a support resource for the IT Project Management Office by creating project portfolio specific reports including demand management, project schedules, budget, dashboards, and governance documentation. Administrative assistance for technology orders to support project activities. Responsible for project scoping, prioritization, and project reconciliation activities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Prepare Project Portfolio dashboards.

• Develop and implement standard project management methodology and tools.

• Maintain project management templates and process documentation in adherence to PMO policies.

• Administrative support including project communications, meeting minutes, and coordinating project activities.

• Initiate and track hardware and software requests.

• Develop demand management and resource utilization reporting.

Qualifications: Required:

• High school diploma
• Four years of experience in a project management or project support role.

OR

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in information systems, business administration or another related field.

Preferred:

• One year of experience in healthcare/patient care environment
• Willingness to obtain a Project Management Certification (PMP)
