Key Qualifications:

• Relevant credentials or certifications
• Prior experience working in behavioral settings with children required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students according to individualized education and behavior plans
• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and managing student behaviors
• Encourage a nurturing and positive atmosphere to facilitate student engagement
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with the educational team
• Help maintain an organized and safe classroom environment

This full-time position spans five days per week, 32.5 hours weekly, and covers a diverse student population in grades K-12. Compensation is highly competitive, with weekly pay rates ranging from $26 to $32 per hour.
