Registered Nurse RN

Position: Registered Nurse in a Regional Resource/Float Pool role, primarily in Med/Surg and ICU units, working full-time night shifts. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care based on theoretical knowledge and practice standards for adult/geriatric patients. Nurses will self-schedule, travel within a 90-mile radius to various facilities, and provide care in multiple units, including ICU and Med Surg. Qualifications: Graduate of an approved nursing program, current RN licensure, at least 3 years of recent RN experience in the relevant service line. Certifications include BLS and ACLS (for ICU) as applicable. Must meet physical demands such as lifting and prolonged standing. Key Skills: Ability to work independently, travel, and adapt to different facilities and units. Strong communication and clinical skills are essential.
