Schedule Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our acute rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will provide specialized treatment for individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, ensuring a tailored approach to care that maximizes health, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from various conditions such as strokes, brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other medical complexities. Perform acute care IV starts, manage feeding tubes, and wound care as required. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans. Monitor and document patient progress using the EPIC electronic health record system. Assist in creating a supportive environment that prioritizes patient-focused care and high customer service. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in the state of Florida. CNA certification preferred but not required.
