Licensed Insurance Agent (Inbound Leads) – Base + Commission
Company: Seide Insurance Solutions
Location: Downtown Fort Pierce, FL (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour + Commission
About the Role
Seide Insurance Solutions is growing rapidly and we’re looking for licensed insurance agents to join our in-house call center team.
This is NOT cold calling — you’ll be working inbound leads only , speaking with customers who have already requested information about final expense coverage.

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls from interested prospects
Provide information on final expense life insurance options
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Complete applications and submit policies
Follow up with warm leads and missed calls
Maintain accurate notes in CRM system
What We’re Looking For
Active Life Insurance License (Required)
Must be Licensed in 5+ States
Strong communication and phone skills
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Goal-oriented and coachable mindset
Comfortable working in a structured call center environment
Basic computer skills (CRM, dialing systems, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
$18/hour base pay
Uncapped commission structure
Inbound leads provided (no cold calling)
Bi-weekly pay
