Central Bakery Staff

Dutch Creek Foods is the wholesale division of the Der Dutchman Family of Restaurants. We make and supply delicious baked goods to our Dutchman Hospitality restaurants in Ohio, Florida and Indiana. Dutch Creek Foods also provides other restaurants throughout Amish Country with baking ingredients for their recipes. If you’re looking for a position in food production, we want you on our team.

What you’ll be doing

1. Donut production line
2. Pie production line
3. Operating baking equipment
4. Use established recipes
5. Mix ingredients consistently
6. Adjust oven temperatures
7. Check baked goods for quality

Skills you’ll bring along

1. Communication skills
2. Detail oriented
3. Read and understand recipes
4. Lift and/or move 10 to 30 pounds
5. SafeServ certification – can provide training if you don’t have it

Job Type

1. Full-time or Part-time position, day shift 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday
