Thrive Over Survive Program Manager

Responsibilities Manage mentorship relationships between youth and adult mentors, including recruitment, training, and ongoing support. Facilitate parent interactions, providing resources and support to ensure parents are engaged and informed about their child's participation in the program. Oversee data collection efforts, ensuring accurate and timely collection of program metrics and outcomes. Conduct pioneer checking, gathering feedback from participants to improve program offerings continuously. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement programmatic initiatives that align with the foundation's mission and goals. Coordinate with global program managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across programs. Assist with fundraising and grant writing efforts to support program sustainability and growth. Represent the foundation at community events and meetings to promote program awareness and engage new stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, social work, nonprofit management). At least 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in youth development or education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working with volunteers and coordinating events. Knowledge of best practices in youth mentoring and program evaluation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
