Job Description
We are seeking an R&D Senior Engineer MV Reclosers with 8+ years of experience in electrical power equipment, preferably with expertise in Medium Voltage (MV) Reclosers or overhead MV distribution products .
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop MV Reclosers and electrical power equipment .
- Perform root-cause analysis, design reviews, reliability analysis, and product improvements .
- Ensure compliance with IEEE C37.60, IEC 62271-111, ANSI, UL, CSA, and NEMA standards.
- Support product testing, validation, and certification activities .
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and validate engineering solutions.
- Conduct and support dielectric, thermal, and structural analysis/simulation .
- Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and design records.
- Support IP generation and product IP strategy .
