What You'll Do: Repairing and maintaining production and support equipment. Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other facility systems. Ensuring ceilings, walls, doors, and windows are in good repair and presentable. Responding to on-call maintenance needs 24/7. Supporting sanitation programs and managing recyclable and waste materials. Assisting with CMMS and spare parts inventory management. Performing maintenance tasks at various heights and supporting other team members as needed. Learning and supporting Maintenance Mechanic duties in emergency situations. What We Are Looking For: General maintenance knowledge and experience with routine facility upkeep. High school diploma or GED. Proficiency with hand and power tools, including hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches. Ability to disassemble and repair equipment and use precision measuring instruments. Strong fabrication and welding skills (preferred). Excellent organizational, time management, and follow‑up skills. A professional attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied hours and perform tasks at different heights. Pay and Perks: Pay: $25.00/hour Benefits : Tosca offers a comprehensive benefits package to our team members.
