Job Summary CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a full‑time opening for a Physical Therapist (PT) at the E.A. Hawse Healthcare Center. In‑house team members directly impact resident care through therapy. Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to team members; provide necessary supervision for PTAs. Attend/lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other rehab team members; conduct staff/family training and education when appropriate.
