Responsibilities

Evaluate client insurance needs through thoughtful conversations to design comprehensive coverage solutions.

Proactively reach out to local households and businesses to offer protection strategies that provide genuine peace of mind.

Nurture existing client relationships by conducting regular coverage reviews and offering guidance on life changes.

Collaborate with our local underwriters to secure competitive terms for our policyholders.

Participate in local community events to build visibility for The Atlantic District and connect with our neighbors.

Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and policy adjustments.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.

At least two years of professional experience in insurance sales or client services.

Deep understanding of the local Yorktown market and community dynamics.

Comfort using modern digital quoting platforms and policy management software.

Strong track record of managing a sales pipeline and meeting personal objectives.

Excellent conversational skills, with a talent for translating complex insurance terms into simple, helpful advice.
