Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in various therapeutic practices, with key responsibilities including:

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is essential.
  • Possession of a valid LMHC license in Washington State is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The Humanist Self Recovery Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
