As Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for keeping the grounds and caring for the exterior of buildings as well as housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and some light maintenance work.Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PMResponsibilities:Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings.Housekeeping and janitorial tasksOther general maintenance duties as necessaryQualifications:One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential propertiesMust have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if neededMust have basic set of toolsBe responsible and reliableHave a positive attitudeFriedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
