Job Summary Outpatient Therapist at a locally owned clinic in Chelmsford, working Tuesday through Saturday in a hybrid setting. Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy. Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 27 clients per week for full‑time status. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Required Qualifications and Skills Clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) or pursuing licensure; pre‑licensed candidates are welcome. Demonstrated ability to maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other required documents promptly.
