Job Overview Infinity Replacement is Marvin's direct-to-consumer solution for homeowners who want premium windows and doors without the hassle. We bring Marvin's 100+ year legacy of craftsmanship straight to customers through high-quality products, professional installation, and personalized inhome consultations. We’re looking for Brand Ambassadors who enjoy engaging with people face to face and have a natural ability to spark interest through conversation. This role is focused on starting conversations and scheduling inhome consultations—not closing sales. Key Responsibilities Engage in person with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues. Introduce customers to Infinity Replacement by Marvin in a friendly, professional way. Identify interest and generate qualified leads by scheduling inhome consultations. Accurately record customer information and appointment details. Set up, maintain, and manage branded displays. Represent a nationally recognized premium brand with confidence and integrity. This role does not involve cold calling, telemarketing, or closing sales. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Reliable transportation to travel to retail locations and events. Smartphone. Comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (display setup). Confidence handling rejection—you understand every "no" gets you closer to a "yes". A genuine interest in people and strong face-to-face communication.
