Real Estate Manager

We are looking for some a Real Estate Manager for our Branch location in Great Falls, Montana. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting members with their account financial lending needs. Providing account information. Processing various financial transactions, Mortgage loan applications, interviews, decision-making, and disbursals. Assisting members with credit counseling and budgeting. Lien filing and releases. Ordering appraisals and title documents. Cross-selling debt protection and GAP insurance. Matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. Requirements: Business Degree or 2 years of financial lending experience. Knowledgeable in lending practices and regulations, specifically Mortgage lending. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to effectively cross-sell credit union services and products. Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills. Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven team player. Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
