WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Long-Term Care team. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitoring patients’ health status and reporting any changes promptly.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Offering emotional support and education to residents and their families.

Requirements

• Valid New York State LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
