The Role:
Oversee operations across 20 Labor and Delivery suites
Drive quality, safety, and performance initiatives
Partner with physicians and executive leadership in a fast-paced environment
Champion engagement, retention, and professional growth
Ideal Background:
Progressive leadership experience in Maternal Child Health Services
Experience in a high-acuity environment (Level I or II Trauma preferred)
Strong operational, financial, xhyhwjd and team development skills
Passion for building culture and elevating patient care
